About the role
As a Contract Administration Officer, you will provide responsive contract administration, documentation, and governance support.
Responsibilities
Managing incoming correspondence and document control
Supporting governance and contract processes, including scheduling and reporting
Monitoring compliance and assisting with performance reporting
Coordinating internal business processes and contract forums
Qualifications
Certificate IV in Business or equivalent knowledge
Strong organisational, Microsoft 365 (e.g. Word, Excel, Teams, etc) and document management skills
Strong organisational and document management skills
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
Class C Driver's Licence
