About the Role:
The Senior Director Agency Business Systems is responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality, client-focused ICT business system services across the Justice and General Government portfolio. This includes providing strategic advice on digital strategy, service design, and innovation.
This role involves setting the strategic direction for resource management, overseeing the development and delivery of contemporary business system solutions, and managing a high-performing team to ensure service excellence and future capability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the delivery of ICT business system services across the Justice and General Government portfolio.
* Provide strategic advice on digital strategy, service design, and innovation.
* Set the strategic direction for resource management.
* Oversee the development and delivery of contemporary business system solutions.
* Manage a high-performing team to ensure service excellence and future capability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
