* Recruiting and Training:Hiring, training, and supervising café staff, including scheduling and covering for absences.
* Daily Operations:Overseeing all day-to-day activities to ensure smooth, efficient service.
* Customer Service:Ensuring high customer satisfaction, resolving complaints, and building customer relationships.
* Cleanliness & Maintenance:Maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment and ensuring equipment is functional.
Business & Financial Management
* Inventory and Supplies:Managing inventory, ordering necessary supplies (food, coffee, etc.), and coordinating with vendors.
* Financial Oversight:Monitoring budgets, tracking operational costs, and preparing financial reports to maintain profitability.
* Marketing:Developing and implementing strategies to attract customers and increase sales.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $82,000.00 per year
