Key Responsibilities
* Providing first class service to customers via our web platforms
* Handling daily enquiries/complaints from customers and branches over the phone, chat and email
* Increasing customer satisfaction and retention
* Improving website conversion through effective parts identification first time
* Taking orders from customers over the phone when needed
* Ensuring all customer contacts are logged in the system
* Making the customer top priority at all times.
Skills and Experience
* Strong phone handling skills and active listening
* Ability to adapt to different types of characters
* Experience working in a fast paced environment
