Work as a Service Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Coordinator to join our team.
This position is responsible for efficiently allocating breakdowns, scheduled maintenance and other repairs to technicians as required and ensuring internal/external customer needs are identified and met.
Main Responsibilities:
* Book service work for retail and rental equipment.
* Coordinate and allocate service and breakdown jobs to technicians.
* Maintain information relating to service and breakdown jobs.
* Plan daily work to ensure the labour available is utilised to its full capacity.
* Coordinate quoted Additional Repair jobs.
* Coordinate 3rd party suppliers for breakdown jobs.
* Monitor service Work In Progress.
* Monitor Technician's work hours on a daily basis.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in a similar role where required to control/coordinate a team of remote technicians.
* Experience in the Material Handling Industry or Industrial Services Industry.
* Proven experience using an ERP system.
* Superior communication, interpersonal & time management skills.
* Strong telephone skills and experience responding to a high volume of customer queries over the phone.
* Proven ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
* Good mechanical aptitude.
* High attention to detail.
