Job Description
This is a twelve (12) month fixed term, full-time position commencing with possible extension and/or permanency. As Lead Educational Strategist, you will provide educational leadership, modelling school values, ethos and priorities.
About the Role
The Lead Educational Strategist works collaboratively with the leadership team to establish the school's strategic direction and lead staff to achieve identified outcomes. This role focuses on supporting and developing staff expertise in observation and feedback, instructional teaching practices, data literacy practices through school assessment schedules, research-informed conversation, distributed leadership, and supported models of support and instruction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, the ideal applicant should have high level of interpersonal and public relations skills, demonstrating ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships to achieve planned outcomes. The applicant should also have professional knowledge and ability to apply it to ensure high level of educational outcomes for all students.

Eligibility
To work with us, you must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment. You must also hold registration with the Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia and obtain a valid Working With Children Check before starting. Additionally, you must consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit before starting.
