Customer Service Representative


We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Customer Service Desk in at Sunshine Plaza Shopping Centre. This role is the first point of contact for our shoppers and visitors, providing information, assistance, and support to ensure a positive centre experience.


Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to shoppers, retailers, and visitors
* Respond to enquiries in person, by phone, and via email
* Assist with centre information, directions, and promotions
* Handle lost and found enquiries
* Process gift card sales and other centre services
* Manage customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
* Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organised service desk


About You:

* Friendly, approachable, and professional manner
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to remain calm and helpful in busy situations
* Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
* Comfortable using computer systems and handling transactions
* Previous customer service or retail experience (preferred but not essential)
