Opportunities at the Senior Accountant, Manager & Senior Manager levels are available
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare clear, concise and accurate work papers, that serve as evidence of work performed and the foundation for decision making;
* Apply your knowledge of the clients business environment and industry positioning to deliver tailored advice;
* Act as a mentor/buddy to graduates, sharing your knowledge and helping them with their work, to shape the next generation of accountants;
* Prepare financial statements that comply with all current, legal and accounting reporting standards;
* Prepare documentation for Partners for client meetings and presentation;
* Research, identify and resolve all complex accounting issues;
* Prepare and analyse management accounting reports;
* Conduct detailed reviews of tax and FBT returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance; and
* (Manager & Senior Manager) Lead and manage a portfolio of client engagements, overseeing workflow allocation, reviewing team output, and acting as the primary point of contact to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Essential
* Business / Commerce degree with Accounting Major
Desirable
* Completion of CA or equivalent
Demonstrated Experience & Attributes
* 2 - 15 years in a similar role
* Strong communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Committed to continuing professional development
