Qualifications
- 2+ years of IT support experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory & Intune
- Experience with Technical Support and Troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Information Technology and System Administration
- Skills in Help Desk Support and customer interaction
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Prior experience in enterprise communication and data networking is a plus
- Relevant certifications in IT support or system administration are advantageous
- Has a car and driving license
