This is an opportunity to join the EPIC Support Services management team to contribute to the expansion, growth and future of the organisation. This is a 6 month contracted position with the possibility of extension and permanency.EPIC specialises in NDIS Brain Disorder Support Services throughout Melbourne and Geelong regions. We are passionate and dedicated to working with vulnerable people living with disabilities that include Mental illness, ABIs, Neurogenerative Disorders, Autism, Behavioural Disorders and High Intensity Disabilities.Reporting to the CEO, this role is primarily focused on underpinning the organisation's future growth and increasing the number of partner organisations and participants referred to EPIC for Supported Independent Living (SIL) Accommodation and Services. EPIC has a number of SIL unit complexes in Melbourne and Geelong and is in the process of expanding to more sites in those regions.It is a pivotal position that requires a passionate, energetic and creative professional to work collaboratively to ensure the vision and purpose of EPIC are realised.To be successful in this role, you will:Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and prospective clients including hospitals, psychiatric wards, rehab centres, social workers, support coordinators, NDIS disability support providers, local area coordinators, occupational therapists, community mental health teams including forensic, CCU and SECU, prisons and justice services.Travel to the regions we operate in to build brand awareness and create referral leads to ensure growth of the organisation.Bring your own and/or build an extended network of contacts within the NDIS sector.Conduct presentations and one-on-one consultations with service providers, agencies and NDIS participants.Contribute to operations and program planning in collaboration with the management team.Develop opportunities to extend the business model in collaboration with the CEO.Be results-oriented with a desire to deliver tangible outcomes that feed into the strategic goals of the organisation.About you:A demonstrated track record of high performance in new business development.Demonstrated experience and/or knowledge in the NDIS sector with a solid understanding of Supported Independent Living (SIL).Attend and create networking events to build relationships within the NDIS sector.Work with minimal supervision and be self-motivated.Excellent organisational and time management skills with the proven ability to multitask.Ability to identify, research and recommend new clients in accordance with strategic plans.Demonstrated experience building strategic relationships with senior level decision makers.Strong negotiation skills, persuasive ability and excellent communication skills.Team player with a 'can do' and hands-on attitude that takes extreme ownership.Highly self-motivated with integrity and tenacity to outperform the competition.What's on offer:Competitive salary plus bonus incentives.Phone, laptop and company car.Flexibility and work-life balance.Career progression opportunities to grow with the business.Work with a dynamic and very supportive team.Click the apply button or contact Robbie Orr for a confidential discussion on 1300 89 89 48.
