About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Administrator and Service Coordinator to support our team in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our business. This varied role combines administration, service coordination, and light accounts work, offering plenty of scope to make the position your own.
* Coordinating service bookings, schedules, and customer appointments
* Acting as the main point of contact for clients and suppliers
* Managing office correspondence, documentation, and filing systems
* Assisting with basic accounts tasks — invoicing, purchase orders, and reconciliations
* Maintaining service records and databases
* Supporting the Director/Manager with reports, planning, and project coordination
* Contributing ideas and improvements to enhance our day-to-day operations
