The Position, but not limited to
* Managing the leasing process from start to finish.
* Manage leasing enquiries, applications and tenant communication end-to-end
* Conduct home opens and private viewings across Perth portfolio
* Present applications to owners
* Provide owners with market feedback, plus advertising and marketing recommendations
* Ensure CRM is accurate and kept up to date
* Support leasing administration and jump in where needed
Skills & Experience
* Previous leasing experience preferred, or open to an Assistant / Inspections Agent looking for progression
* Must have current property management registration and driving license.
* Flexible and willing to travel across the portfolio
* Well presented, and an eye for detail
* A positive attitude
* Confidence & exceptional telephone manner & customer service skills
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise your workload
