You will play a key part in the learning experiences of our students and be part of the successful delivery of the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) program in Echuca with potential expansion into other areas.
The Lead Trainer Assessor is responsible for leading and mentoring the trainer team across our regions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality training programs, and maintaining compliance with best practice industry standards. The position includes travel across regional Victoria to oversee new program implementations and provide on-site coaching to our excellent trainer team.
About the role:
* Lead, mentor, and support the trainer assessor team to achieve excellence in training delivery.
* Oversee the submission of program records, including enrolment documents and assessment materials.
* Lead the Professional Development (PD) program including developing and reviewing individual plans with trainer assessors.
* Oversee the quality assessment of RTO records and processes, ensuring compliance with standards
* Travel across regional Victoria to lead new program establishment projects.
* Provide on-site coaching and mentoring to the trainer assessor team.
* Maintain current industry skills and knowledge relevant to the VET system and Employment Services, including current and emerging industry best practice.
* Engage with regional stakeholders to review Qualify's program delivery and service.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or Working towards
* Diploma in Adult Education, Bachelor of Education or TESOL highly regarded
* Working with Children Check, clear National Police Check, Australian residency.
* Experience in a similar position
