Who We Are Looking For
* Bachelor of Laws or Equivalent, with a minimum of 1+ year experience in Insurance Litigation to include Personal Injury / Debt Recovery / General Insurance Claims and Litigation.
* Good understanding of the relevant legislation and processes.
* Attention to detail and a proactive, solution‑focused mindset.
* Strong research and drafting skills and excellent written and communication skills.
* Organised to be able to manage multiple priorities.
* Ability to work independently and also within a team.
* Contribute to a team effort to manage increasing caseloads efficiently.
* Experience with LawMaster is highly regarded, but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with the management of claims from lodgement to resolution.
* Preparing case files, reviews and documentation for hearings and negotiations.
* Supporting the Litigation team with the management of a key insurance client.
* Supporting senior lawyers during client meetings, conciliation conferences and hearings.
* Maintaining high levels of communication and communicating effectively with clients, colleagues and external stakeholders.
