We are seeking a customer advisor to join our Echuca Branch team. As a customer advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a seamless and consistent experience every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities
* Support our customers by being their primary point of contact
* Assist customers in identifying suitable products and services, including account opening, unsecured lending, and transactional banking
* Demonstrate our banking options to customers to help make their banking simple, easy, and secure
