The Export Coordinator is responsible for:
* Providing a high level of customer service to all customers
* Coordinating the sales and shipments of products to a group of customers and/or intercompany offices
* Conducting work in a safe manner and demonstrating a strong commitment to SDI's values of passion, accountability, respect, teamwork and innovation
* Responsible for customer accounts from order entry, full export documentation, credit limits and regulatory affairs issues
* Monitors Intercompany stock & shipments
* Monitors and codes expenses
* Assists with Forecasting & monitors Intercompany Inventory as required
* Monitors Freight rates and ensures SDI always has competitive rates
* Keeps up to date with Import requirements and legislation changes of countries that SDI exports to
* Other duties as required

* Working hours: 10-day fortnight
* Local, interstate and international travel as required
Professional
* Fluent in Spanish
* Dangerous
Good Certified for both Airfreight and Seafreight (advantageous)
* Previous Export job experience minimum 2 years
* Strong Organisation and Administration Skills
* Excel
* SAP (Advantageous)
* Incoterms
* Strong attention to detail
* Time management skills and ability to prioritise efficiently
