The Role:You'll step into a well-maintained, local portfolio that's easy to manage and close to home.
With strong systems in place and a close-knit team behind you, your responsibilities will include: Managing a tidy portfolio of approx.
200 properties, all within nearby suburbs Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople Coordinating repairs and maintenance Overseeing arrears management Conducting ingoing& routine inspections Attending tribunal when required (rare!)
About You: Previous experience in Property Management A current Certificate of Registration, a reliable car and valid driver's license Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional presentation and a can-do attitude Organised, proactive and energetic!
