Job Title
A food services leader is required to oversee the efficient delivery and supervision of all activities in the department. This includes meal preparation, portioning and serving, dishwashing, assembly, distribution and collection of meals.
* This role involves supervising and coordinating front-of-house activities to achieve a high standard and provide exceptional customer hospitality.
* Maintaining a high standard of hygiene and safety throughout the department is essential.
* Ensuring rostered staff are present and leave is replaced to ensure full coverage.
About the Role
This leadership position requires experience in a supervisory role in a food service environment, with excellent customer service skills and understanding of manual handling, chemical use, hand hygiene and food safety principles.
