**Job tasks and responsibilities**
- Passion for Apple products with knowledge of the whole product range
- Exceptional communication, organization and client service skills
- Providing excellent service to our customers.
- Building relationships with new and existing customers.
- Reporting to the manager on a daily basis.
- Attending meetings after work hours, if required.
- Prior retail sales experience in the computer hardware industry. Preferably Apple products
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Ability to configure Apple product that meet customer requirements.
Preferred Experience:
GSX Management of Stock
Repairs as per operational procedures as laid out by Apple
Record and client Maintenance
Training and upkeeping of Certification
