About the Role
Working closely with the Operations Manager and supporting the Sales Team, you will play a critical role in daily operations, improving efficiencies, and ensuring seamless customer and broker experiences. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, organised, and eager to build a long-term career in private lending.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Operations Manager with daily operational tasks aligned with business growth
* Assist the Sales Team by completing customer applications and verbal privacy statements over the phone
* Generate, issue, and process contracts via DocuSign, ensuring accuracy prior to funding
* Manage daily funding administration and maintain accurate CRM records
* Accurately store and file all customer and broker documentation
* Support broker partnerships, including onboarding, agreements, invoicing, and deal updates
* Follow up on missed payments and monitor customer payment arrangements
* Liaise with accounts, legal teams, and external debt collection agencies regarding aged accounts
About You
* Previous experience in sales or finance administration
* Confident communicator with strong phone skills
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment
* CRM experience (financial services experience highly regarded)
* Ambitious and motivated to build a long-term career
