We are seeking an experienced Formworker Leading Hand for a major tunnel infrastructure project based in Coffs Harbour.

Scope of work
* Leading and supervising a crew of formworkers
* Traditional formwork carpentry in a tunnel environment
* Construction of stop ends and associated formwork systems
* Interpreting drawings and coordinating daily site activities
* Ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets are met
Mandatory Requirements – Must Have
* Proven Formwork Leading Hand experience (essential)
* Demonstrated experience on tunnel AND bridge projects (essential)
* Strong experience with traditional formwork and stop ends
* Working at Heights (WAH)
* EWP ticket over 11 metres
* White Card
* Ability to commence work ASAP
