We're on the hunt for a Senior Graphic Designer who lives and breathes branding, storytelling and creative thinking. Someone who's inspired by fresh ideas, loves pushing boundaries, and takes pride in transforming concepts into bold visual identities that capture attention and connect with audiences.
In this role, you'll lead the creative direction and execution of design across print, digital and brand environments - producing work that's as imaginative as it is commercially effective. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll shape and drive the visual identity of major residential project brands across NSW, taking briefs from concept to completion.
You'll be at the heart of the creative process - building, evolving and protecting brand identities, crafting campaign assets, and ensuring every touchpoint feels cohesive, engaging and strategically on-brand.

The Position
* Lead the creative development and visual identity of new residential project brands from concept through to rollout across all marketing and digital channels
* Originate and produce marketing collateral for residential projects across print, digital, signage and advertising platforms
* Act as a brand custodian, ensuring consistency, quality and alignment with the company's broader vision
* Collaborate with marketing, sales and project teams to interpret briefs and deliver design-led solutions that meet business objectives
* Develop and maintain brand and project guidelines, templates and supporting materials
* Support the production of digital and social media content including imagery, animations, videos and advertising assets
* Produce presentation materials for the Executive Team using InDesign, PowerPoint or web-based platforms
* Contribute innovative ideas and help evolve the brand and design function as the business continues to grow
The Person
* 6+ years' experience as a Graphic or Creative Designer
* Proven ability to lead and originate brand concepts, visual identities and campaign executions
* Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, visual storytelling and high-end design execution
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, XD)
* Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, OneNote and Teams.
* Exceptional typography, layout and digital design skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
* Confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
* Creative, original and strategic thinker with a passion for brand-led design
