Toowoomba Automotive are seeking energetic and experienced
Service Advisor
to join our service teams working with brands including Mitsubishi & Kia, LDV, BYD & GMSV. As a Service Advisor you will act as the main contact between the Dealership and the customer, for the repair and service maintenance of their vehicles.
The successful applicant will demonstrate a professional approach, passion and positive attitude that provides an exceptional experience for our customers.
Reporting directly to the Service Manager, this will be a fast-paced, dynamic and rewarding position with uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities
Deliver an exceptional customer experience with a high level of professionalism and build rapport with internal and external customers
Ensure seamless time management with the ability to identify and prioritise important tasks and ensure that you meet service deadlines
Ensure open communication to keep customers up to date on the progress and servicing of their vehicle
Keep knowledgeable and up to date to ensure ability to provide on the go advice and accurate pricing to customers and when preparing invoices
Complaints resolution and escalation to the Service Manager
Qualifications & Experience
Previous Service Advising experience is highly desirable and will allow you to hit the ground running; however any customer service experience will be considered.
