We provide vital support to individuals with disabilities, empowering them to achieve their full potential. Our approach is centered around the needs and goals of each participant.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise in occupational therapy to deliver high-quality services that promote independence, access, development, health, and wellbeing. You will work closely with participants in Wollongong and surrounding areas, utilizing your strong time management skills to make a meaningful impact.

The key responsibilities include:
 * Managing a caseload and providing timely therapeutic services
 * Evaluating participants' function and capacity through clinical observations and standardized assessments
 * Developing and implementing evidence-based interventions to enhance participants' quality of life
 * Mentoring early career clinicians
To excel in this role, you will need current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist, excellent time management skills, and experience in mentoring and supervising other therapists.
