The role:
AAMG is seeking an experienced Electrical Planner to join our client’s team on a 3-month contract at a thermal coal mine in the Bowen Basin. You will be responsible for planning and scheduling electrical maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of critical mining assets.
To be considered for this position, it's essential that you bring:
* Previous experience in an electrical planning/scheduling role on a mine site
* Proficiency in using CMMS systems (preferably SAP)
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Project
* Electrical or Mechanical Trade Qualification
* Proven ability to collaborate across departments and drive continuous improvement initiatives
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience planning dragline and shovel regulatory maintenance (highly regarded)
