The Business Analyst will serve as a key link between business stakeholders and the IT department to optimize operational efficiency within the Pronto Xi ERP environment. You will be responsible for identifying business needs, documenting requirements, and implementing process improvements across supply chain, and finance modules.
Responsibilities
* Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Pronto Xi, ensuring the system is configured to meet evolving business requirements.
* Lead workshops with stakeholders from Sales, and Distribution to capture functional and technical specifications.
* Analyze "as-is" and "to-be" business processes, identifying bottlenecks and proposing lean solutions within the ERP framework.
* Work with department heads to develop meaningful KPIs and dashboards using Pronto's reporting tools or integrated BI solutions.
* Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), develop test scripts, and manage the rollout of new modules or system upgrades.
* Create training documentation and provide hands‐on support to end‐users to ensure high system adoption rates.
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst specifically within a Pronto Xi environment.
* Strong understanding of SQL, data mapping, and ERP integration points (e.g., E-commerce platforms or EDI).
* Expertise in writing high‐quality Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
* Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‐technical staff and build rapport with warehouse and factory personnel.
