Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Spa & Wellness, you will oversee all day-to-day spa operations while driving performance, standards, and guest satisfaction.
You will be responsible for:
* Leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing spa team
* Driving revenue growth and achieving monthly KPIs
* Managing rosters, labour cost control and productivity benchmarks
* Retail strategy and sales performance
* Maintaining Forbes / 5-star service standards
* Guest journey oversight and service recovery
* Stock management and supplier relationships
* Supporting wellness programming and activations
* Ensuring compliance, hygiene, and operational excellence
Qualifications
About You
You are:
* An experienced Spa Manager or Assistant Spa Manager in a luxury environment
* Commercially astute with strong financial literacy
* Confident managing KPIs, payroll percentages, and retail conversion
* A natural leader who builds culture, not just rosters
* Immaculate in presentation and communication
* Calm under pressure and solution-focused
* Passionate about wellness, service artistry, and guest experience
Essential:
* Minimum 3–5 years leadership experience in a premium spa
* Strong knowledge of spa booking systems
* Proven track record of driving revenue and retail performance
