Bidfood Australia is seeking an energetic and creative Campaigns Coordinator to join the National Marketing team in Brisbane.
This role is perfect for someone who loves food, thrives in a fast‐paced creative environment, and has a sharp eye for detail. You'll be part of a dynamic national team crafting visually stunning marketing material, promotional assets, and loyalty campaigns that speak directly to chefs and hospitality professionals.
Main Duties
* Developing and executing Bidfood national customer campaigns and developing strategies to drive customer engagement in line with annual marketing plans.
* Creating concepts and creative briefs and liaising with contributors for campaign activations.
* Coordinating awareness campaigns and the development of marketing collateral as required.
* Overseeing the end‐to‐end process of scheduling and distributing marketing campaigns and reporting on campaign outcomes and results to ensure continued improvement of future campaigns and to build recommendations.
* Managing own projects and deadlines.
* Liaising with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
* Contributing to content planning, copywriting, and proofreading.
* Supporting the maintenance and updates of websites and digital platforms.
Qualifications
* A degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field (advantageous).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent spelling, grammar and attention to detail.
* Confidence working with Microsoft Office and marketing software systems.
* Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud; Express experience is a plus.
* Familiarity with WordPress and Campaign Monitor.
* The ability to learn new systems quickly and manage competing deadlines.
* Understanding of the Australian hospitality or foodservice industry (advantageous).
