About the Role

An outstanding opportunity has become available for an experienced Executive Assistant to step into a fast‐paced, highly trusted role supporting a respected Chief Executive Officer within a well-known and values‐driven organisation.

This is a temporary cover opportunity for approximately 2 months, ideal for a polished and capable EA who can hit the ground running, operate with discretion and confidently manage a demanding executive schedule from day one.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will provide high‐level executive support across diary management, stakeholder coordination, communication flow, and administration.

Based in Melbourne, this role is best suited to someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys being the right hand to a senior leader and takes pride in bringing structure, calm and efficiency to a busy executive office.

Key Responsibilities

* Full ownership of a complex and ever‐changing CEO diary
* Coordinate meetings, appointments, internal forums and external engagements
* Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively manage priorities
* Manage inbox flow and draft responses where required
* Prepare agendas, meeting packs, presentations and documentation
* Coordinate weekly leadership meetings and monthly executive forums
* Provide board / governance administration support as required
* Arrange travel, expenses, reconciliations, and general executive administration
* Liaise with senior internal and external stakeholders professionally and confidently
* Handle confidential matters with sound judgement and discretion
* Support ad hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the executive office

To be Successful In This Role, You'll Bring

* Must be available from May 4th - 4th July, 5 days a week, onsite.
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting CEO/C‐suite level executives
* Exceptional diary management skills within fast‐paced environments
* Strong judgement, initiative, and the ability to work autonomously
* Highly polished communication and stakeholder management skills
* Calm, adaptable, and solutions‐focused under pressure
* High attention to detail and strong organisational capability
* Professionalism and discretion with sensitive information
* Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Ability to commence quickly and commit to the contract duration
