Our client is a leading global organisation with a strong reputation for innovation, service excellence and continuous improvement. They are progressive, service-oriented and people focused and they're now seeking an experienced and proactive Service Coordinator to join their team.
You'll be the key link between customers, technicians and service partners ensuring service requests are handled smoothly, communication is clear and customers feel supported every step of the way.
The Role
* Acting as the first point of contact for all service requests, customers and service partners
* Maintaining accurate service records and documentation in line with established file management processes
* Coordinating technicians, third-party service providers, freight and logistics
* Ordering spare parts, managing inventory and following up with suppliers
* Providing timely, professional communication regarding service progress, reports, invoices and timelines
* Working closely with technicians to maximise customer satisfaction and minimise equipment downtime
* Processing service transactions and ensuring accurate transfer to MYOB
* Managing the service inbox with urgency, care and attention to detail
* Participating in weekly and monthly meetings with service partners and assisting with reporting
* Supporting customer education initiatives and brand-related activities
* Assisting the Service Team Leader or Branch Manager as required
About You
* You are genuinely customer service focused and take pride in delivering a positive experience
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* A confident and professional communicator via phone and email
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience in service coordination, administration or customer support is highly regarded
