About the role
You’ll have full accountability for the running of the night-fill department, ensuring deadlines are met, our shelves are fully stocked, and exceptional store presentation is maintained during evening and night trade.
About you and your skills
Be flexible with evening working hours
Have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
Possess direct leadership experience to lead, coach, and develop your team to meet sales targets, control costs, and manage rosters
Keep things simple and inspire customers by ensuring Coles’ visual merchandising, food safety, compliance, and stock management standards are met
Drive a one team culture that celebrates success and prioritizes team members' health, safety, and wellbeing
