Job Description
As an Operational Control Associate you will join an energetic and enthusiastic young team.You will be responsible for the management of Bank Reconciliations working alongside the Treasury team. You will help identify accounting and bank errors and be able to provide explanations behind the differences in accounting record's cash balances and the bank balance position by analysing the bank statements.This role is ideal for a recent Finance or Business Administration graduate who has a high level of attention to detail and is eager to grow their career with an ambitious company on an exciting growth journey.
Investigating transactions and monitor all banking activities to detect irregularities
Perform the reconciliation and verification of accounts regarding funds at bank and investor funds as recorded in the registry system
Follows up all transactions continuously and provide updates and reporting to clients / management
Adhere to corporate standards and procedures in all reconciliation activities
Respond to client enquiries in a professional and timely manner
Maintain a professional image for the business
Provide feedback to the division on how to improve on internal controls, and pinpoint areas where risks relating to banking transactions can be minimized

Tertiaryqualification in Finance or Business Administration or relevant discipline

Experience using Microsoft Excel preferred but not essential
