Key Responsibilities
* Complete internal fit-off carpentry across residential builds
* Install door hardware, seals, accessories, and wet area fixtures
* Carry out final checks, adjustments, and finishing touches
* Undertake minor patching, silicone work, and grout packing to a high standard
* Ensure all works meet quality standards and are ready for handover

Requirements
Licensed Trade Contractor – Carpenter
Minimum 5 years' experience in residential building
Current Driver's Licence, Construction White Card, and First Aid certificate
Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills
Strong attention to detail with a positive and proactive attitude
