About the role
This is a hands‑on Store Manager opportunity, ideal for an experienced retail leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused setting. Working Monday to Friday, you will oversee the front‑of‑house retail operation, drive performance, and lead a committed team to deliver exceptional service every day.
What you will do
* Lead, coach, and develop the retail team
* Drive sales performance and retail KPIs
* Ensure outstanding customer experience at all times
* Manage rostering, wages, and daily store operations
* Maintain strong visual merchandising and stock standards
* Work closely with pharmacy leadership to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations
What you will bring
* Proven experience as a Store Manager or Senior Assistant Manager
* Strong people leadership and coaching capability
* A customer‑first mindset with a commercial approach
* Confidence managing KPIs, rosters, and retail operations
* Pharmacy or health retail experience highly regarded, but not essential
