Senior Settlements Manager Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Settlements Manager to lead our Vehicle Settlements teams.
About the Job
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and drive business growth through effective settlement management. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for planning, forecasting, and reporting on settlements activity to drive business results.
You will work closely with Leasing Sales Managers to achieve monthly and quarterly settlement numbers, ensure compliant and accurate processing of lease settlements, and build strong relationships with financiers to optimize funding arrangements.
In addition, you will develop and lead a high-performing team focused on skills development and succession planning, utilize customer feedback to improve Net Promoter Score (NPS) outcomes, and lead geographically dispersed teams to achieve growth and customer satisfaction.
This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage Vehicle Settlements teams to achieve business targets and objectives.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve settlements efficiency and effectiveness.
* Collaborate with Leasing Sales Managers to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with financiers and other stakeholders.
* Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and guidance to team members.
Requirements
* Masters degree in Business Administration or related field.
* Minimum 5 years experience in leading and managing settlements or operations teams.
* Proven track record in driving business growth and improvement.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
