Digital Health Adoption Coach
This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can provide advanced training to clinical and administrative teams, supporting staff with education and digital health system expertise.
The Digital Health Adoption Coach will be responsible for developing and delivering training materials across multiple digital health systems for multidisciplinary teams. They will also provide end-user support for various digital health systems, engaging in change management activities to promote effective adoption of digital health technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver training materials across multiple digital health systems for multidisciplinary teams.
* Provide end-user support for various digital health systems.
* Engage in change management activities to promote effective adoption of digital health technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Leadership and mentoring skills with experience in precepting staff.
* Effective planning and coordination of educational activities for individuals and groups.
* Expertise in designing, implementing, and evaluating education and training programs.
* Knowledge of Cerner PowerChart and proficiency in tools such as PowerForms, PowerPlans, iView, Patient Lists, CareCompass, Mpages.
* Registration or membership with an Australian registration authority or association.
