About the role
As Bid Manager, you'll take ownership of the full tender lifecycle driving strategy, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring high-quality, compliant submissions. You'll work closely with senior leadership, technical specialists and commercial teams to develop winning bid strategies aligned to client drivers.
Key responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end tender management across concurrent bids
* Develop winning strategies, themes and client-focused submissions
* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver aligned technical, commercial and program inputs
* Manage tender governance, timelines, budgets and review processes
* Drive high-quality, compliant submissions and support post-tender handover
