Dynamic Refrigeration Solutions (DRS) is looking for a top-tier Commercial Appliance Repair Technician who takes pride in doing things right, first time, every time.
A large portion of our work is on Defence & Government sites, so we need someone who is:
Australian Citizen (Defence site requirement)
Fully licensed
Highly experienced
Professional & dependable
A genuine "get it done" operator
Able to obtain baseline clearance
The Work
You'll be working across a wide range of commercial catering equipment, handling installs, fault finding, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
DRS Reactive Capability includes:
• Ovens, combi ovens, and fryers
• Commercial dishwashers, pass-through, conveyor, flight type, pot washers
• Gas and electric cooking equipment
• Bain maries, hot display units, and food warmers
You'll also diagnose and resolve:
• Electrical faults
• Plumbing issues related to commercial appliances
Plus, you'll complete compliance-style documentation required on Defence and Government sites.

Essential Requirements
• A Grade Electrical Licence or Restricted Electrical Licence
• Driver's Licence
• Australian Citizen (able to obtain police clearance within 30 days)
• Strong commercial service/maintenance experience
• High-level fault finding (mechanical + electrical)
• Able to meet Defence/Government site standards
