This role is critical to ensuring our talent, PR, partnerships and brand activations run smoothly, compliantly role is the operational engine room, designed to streamline execution, protect creative strategy, and ensure ideas turn into delivered outcomes.You will work across influencer and talent partnerships, earned media execution (including pitching), brand collaborations, sponsorships and events, acting as the central point of coordination between internal teams, external partners, agencies and talent.**What You'll Do****Influencer & Talent Operations*** Manage end-to-end operational delivery of influencer and talent partnerships* Coordinate talent contracting, renewals, usage rights and deliverables in partnership with Legal and Procurement.* Track deliverables, timelines, disclosures and performance across always-on and campaign-specific talent.* Act as the day-to-day contact for creators, agents and managers on executional matters.**Earned Media & PR Support*** Support execution of earned media initiatives across product launches, brand stories and cultural moments.* Coordinate media lists, pitching schedules, press materials and sample sends.* Manage embargoes, interview coordination and follow-ups with earned media and media partners.* Maintain earned calendars aligned to marketing, retail and campaign priorities.**Partnerships, Events & Experiential Delivery*** Lead operational delivery of brand partnerships, sponsorships and experiential activations.* Manage timelines, approvals, internal alignment and execution checklists.* Lead event logistics including run sheets, talent coordination and post-event wrap-ups.* Work closely with partners, agencies and suppliers to ensure delivery is on time and on brief.**Measurement & Reporting*** Track and report on influencer, earned media and partnership performance.* Prepare post-campaign summaries and reporting for internal stakeholders.* Maintain dashboards, trackers and documentation to support decision-making and optimisation.**Firstly, what we offer you!*** **Vibrant Open Office in Richmond.** Work in a dynamic, collaborative space that sparks creativity* **Work Your Way.** Enjoy the perfect balance of remote flexibility and in-office collaboration—get the best of both worlds* **Make a Difference.** Take a paid day off each year to volunteer for a cause you're passionate about* **Fuel Your Day.**Enjoy free 7-Eleven coffee and snacks in the office—because great ideas start with great coffee* **Family Comes First.** Get up to 15 weeks of paid parental leave for both primary and secondary carer, so you can focus on what matters most* **Stay Social & Connected.** Join our Social Club and Open Committee for regular events, celebrations, and fun activities* **Grow Without Limits.** Access unlimited LinkedIn Learning courses and invest in your personal and professional development**What You'll Bring*** 6+ years' experience in influencer, PR, partnerships or campaign operations roles (brand or agency).* Experience in earned-first campaigns and working with consumer media.* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through.* Comfortable managing multiple workstreams, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.* Clear communicator who can confidently manage external partners and internal teams.* Pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset with a bias for getting things done.*At 7-Eleven our people are at the heart of everything we do.**We are committed to creating a workplace that fosters inclusion and celebrates diversity.We strive to make every single 7-Eleven team member feel heard, valued, and respected no matter who they are or what diverse characteristics reflect their unique identity.
