ABOUT US We are a nice, cosy, 40-seater restaurant in South Cronulla that serves italian. Our regulars know us all by name and love to celebrate your food with you! Our food philosophy is this: simple food with great flavor, presented beautifully. We have some of the best Google reviews around and we want a chef who will keep them growing!
ABOUT YOU This role is for someone who has a LOVE for food and great flavours. You love sourcing the best produce of the season and experimenting with new combinations. You are open to giving and receiving feedback and you are keen to help your team grow. You take pride in your work and you know what it takes for a kitchen to run well.
Outside of this you have minimum 4 years experience as a chef.

We are a small, friendly, and easy-going team, who love to have a laugh with our guests and each other. We also work hard to deliver great food and exceptional service, so your dishes will always be presented at their best.

Your responsibilities will include:
Creating the seasonal menu and coming up with weekly/fortnightly specials Ordering Cleaning your section of the kitchen Ensuring food-storage standards are upheld IMPORTANT: You must have the ability to successfully cook multiple meals at once on busy nights - table orders come in thick and fast in our busiest periods Available shifts:
Friday lunch
Sunday lunch
