Job Description
* Business Development & Sales Execution
o Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
o Conduct client consultations and site visits to assess requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
o Prepare, present, and negotiate quotations, proposals, and rental agreements.
o Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
o Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
* Client Relationship Management
o Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
o Provide professional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
o Act as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their operational needs.
* Operational Collaboration
o Work closely with Operations and Logistics to ensure timely delivery, installation, and service excellence.
o Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline data, and customer interactions within CRM systems.
o Provide regular feedback and sales activity reports to management.
Qualifications
* Matric Certificate (essential).
* Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field (advantageous).
* Minimum of 2 years' proven sales experience (B2B or B2C), preferably within logistics, construction, industrial products, or a related sector.
* Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong negotiation and closing capability.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
* Sound understanding of consultative selling principles.
* Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
