Your Day-to-DayDesigning and delivering an engaging, real-world learning program in partnership with Collingwood Football Club.Creating awesome student experiences that bring the curriculum to life.Coaching students through personalised career and development plans.Leading strategic industry projects with Collingwood Football Club (think: real briefs, real outcomes).
Mentoring students on their next steps – whether that's study, work, or chasing big dreams.Driving a culture of inclusion, respect, and high performance.Continually improving the program and spotting new opportunities for growth.
Who You Are / QualificationsYou live and breathe sport and education.
You\'re a confident communicator, a positive role model, and thrive when you\'re making an impact.
You're excited by the idea of working alongside Collingwood Football Club - and bringing your energy into the classroom every day.Tertiary qualification in Education, PE, Human Movement, Sport, Business or similar.Full VIT registration.Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122) – or willingness to obtain.Teaching experienceCurrent industry experience in both sports and business (bonus points if it's in AFL or similar).
A current driver's licence and First Aid certification (including CPR).
A genuine passion for mentoring young people and helping them thrive.
