Role Description
The Home Care Manager is a full-time, on-site position located in Gosford, NSW. The role involves overseeing the delivery of home care services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and managing client care plans. Key responsibilities include leading a team of staff, coordinating schedules, liaising with families, and evaluating the effectiveness of care services. The Home Care Manager is also responsible for staff development and maintaining the highest level of service quality.

* Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide staff effectively.
* Strong organizational and scheduling abilities to oversee client care plans and service delivery efficiently.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients, families, and team members.
* Comprehensive knowledge of aged care regulations, standards, and best practices.
* Experience in staff training, performance management, and fostering professional development.
* Competency in assessing and evaluating care needs with a client-focused approach.
* Proficiency in handling administrative tasks, including record keeping and compliance reporting.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in healthcare management, nursing, or a related field is preferred.
* Experience in aged or disability care is highly desirable.
