Lucas Total Contract Solutions is currently seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our Team across multiple FIFO project sites.
We are inviting applications for Multi-Skilled Plant Operators with demonstrated experience operating Dozers, Excavators, Graders, and Articulated Dump Trucks (ADT).

Requirements
In addition to technical skills and experience in plant operation, you will need:
- Proven experience operating various machines in either a mining or civil environment.
- Preferably a current HR License.
- Experience working a combination of Days / Nights.
- Ability to commit to remote rostered work.
- Strong commitment to safety with proven track record of safe operating practices.
- Pride in your machine and standard of work.
- A Police Check will be required and you will need to pass a comprehensive medical including drug and alcohol testing.
