As a Recruitment Advisor, you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting the talent that drives our operational success.
About the role
* Deliver end-to-end recruitment across our West Australian Surface Mining operations
* Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce requirements and provide expert recruitment advice.
* Ensure recruitment decisions align with Macmahon's recruitment guidelines and policies.
* Coordinate all pre‐employment requirements including medicals, police clearances, qualifications, and working rights.
* Permanent full-time role based at our Head Office near Perth Airport (T1/T2) with one (1) day working from home available.
* Working alongside a team of Recruitment, Mobilisation and People Operations professionals as a part of the Surface Mining Australia team Operating Company.

About you
* Proven experience as a recruiter in a fast-paced, operational environment.
* Exposure to the mining or resources sector is highly advantageous.
* Strong understanding of recruitment processes, compliance, and best practice talent acquisition.
* Excellent communication, relationship‐building, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* High attention to detail, strong time‐management, and the ability to handle competing priorities.
* Confident working independently on your portfolio while being a collaborative team player.
* Experience with SuccessFactors is beneficial (training provided if required).
