The primary goal of this role is to drive business growth by cultivating new relationships and expanding existing ones. As a Sales Executive based in Brisbane, you will be responsible for developing the business through strategic partnerships and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Meet or exceed sales quotas across your territory by acquiring new partners and increasing same-store sales.
* Manage the end-to-end partnership process for Independents, including selling the complete product portfolio and implementing new partnerships.
* Identify, negotiate, and sign contracts with new partners, collect necessary documents, and facilitate the activation process.
* Accelerate new locations to ensure they achieve maximum revenue potential.
* Enhance existing accounts within the territory to increase same-store sales.
* Visit high-performing locations to identify and address issues within the current network.
* Meet productivity targets and overall revenue of all locations within the territory.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Previous experience in business development, external sales, or customer service in Regional Australia.
* Effective partnership management and strong negotiation skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills to build trust with partners.
* Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
* Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
