About the Program
Over two years, you’ll complete six-monthly rotations within our Commercial & Personal Injury Insurance team, gaining hands-on experience across the full underwriting lifecycle. Rotations are structured to support you to:
* Master underwriting : assess, price, and manage a portfolio of commercial insurance products.
* Build trusted relationships : work with brokers and clients to negotiate and deliver tailored solutions.
* See the bigger picture : gain exposure to claims, legal, and other teams to understand the entire insurance value chain.
* Grow your commercial acumen : manage real-world portfolios, analyse risks, and contribute to strategic decisions.
* Collaborate across Suncorp : connect with experts to create smarter, customer-focused risk solutions.
Who can apply?
* Full working rights in Australia
* Studying or have studied at an Australian or New Zealand university
* Completed a minimum of bachelor's degree within the last two years (2023, 2024 or 2025), or will complete prior to the program commencing
* Minimum ‘pass’ grade
Preferred Degrees: Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Engineering (or related disciplines)
