We're now looking for a values-driven leader to join our Home Services team as Program Manager Home Solutions.

The Opportunity
In this role, you will oversee the coordination, performance, and delivery of Home Assist Secure, Home Modifications, Yard Maintenance, and associated pilot programs. Reporting to the General Manager Home Services, you will provide leadership to Team Leaders and Program Support Officers, ensuring services are high-quality, client-focused, and aligned with YellowBridge's vision.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead day-to-day operations across Home Services programs (excluding Home Care Packages).
* Supervise, develop, and support Team Leaders and Program Support Officers.
* Ensure compliance with program guidelines, policies, and funding contracts.
* Drive service quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
* Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and community partners.
* Contribute to strategic planning and represent YellowBridge in sector forums.

What You'll Bring
* Qualifications in Community Services, Management, or a related field.
* Demonstrated leadership experience in aged care, community services, or similar program delivery.
* Strong knowledge of regulatory and funding frameworks.
* Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
* A collaborative leadership style with a focus on team culture and wellbeing.
* A positive, client-centred mindset and passion for helping people thrive
