The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-line ICT technical support to diagnose and resolve ICT Service Desk queries, troubleshoot and resolve ICT operational issues, and implement improvement opportunities to advance processes for service delivery and ICT support processes.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a similar role, knowledge of Microsoft products/applications, operating systems, network protocols, computer hardware and peripherals, and endpoint security applications, Cyber Security controls and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
* L1-L3 support
* Providing first response ICT technical support to diagnose and resolve ICT Service Desk queries
* Troubleshooting and resolving ICT operational issues
* Install, implement and support corporate ICT Systems
* Configuring and maintaining all computers and mobile devices
* Assisting with development, coordination and delivery of training and support materials
* Maintaining and repairing IT hardware
* Assistance with the delivery of IT projects across the business
