Based at our Rockingham Operations, the role demands a great amount of flexibility and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, and a proactive approach to help and support customers. You'll be a real team player who thrives being in an open team environment.
You'll be the main point of contact for monitoring and connectivity issues – anything related to internet, communication protocols, and device status across our solar and energy systems.
Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve monitoring concerns by assessing and
* Provide expert technical support to installers and internal teams.
* Oversee and diagnose electrical and commissioning issues.
* Lead the RMA and warranty process, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
* Conduct compliance checks and quality-control assessments.
* Work closely with the Monitoring Manager to split responsibilities effectively as the teams grow.
* Help build out processes, documentation, and technical standards.
Skills & Experience
* Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
* Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding abilities.
* Strong critical thinking and ability to work through complex problems.
* Clear communicator who can explain technical information simply.
* Team-oriented, positive, and adaptable in a fast-changing environment.
